Det ska vara enkelt och tryggt att handla i vår butik. Därför följer vi dataskyddsförordningen, konsumentverkets riktlinjer och allmänt sunt förnuft. Vi gör vårt bästa för att bemöta dig så som vi själva och våra vänner vill bli bemötta.

Byte, öppet köp & fri retur
Vi ger dig 30 dagars öppet köp och ångerrätt på provade men i övrigt oanvända varor. Returfrakten bjuder vi på! Du fyller i den bifogade retursedeln, packar väl, klistrar på den bifogade adresslappen och skickar varan med original etiketter och förpackning till oss. Vi sätter in pengarna på ditt bankkort eller krediterar din faktura så fort vi har tagit emot din vara. Du betalar endast för eventuell fraktkostnad.

Passade inte plaggen? Ingen fara! Det går snabbt och är enkelt att byta dina plagg. Gör bara så här:
1) Beställ din nya storlek eller ditt nya plagg i vår webbshop - butik.alicedot.com Du får dina nya plagg inom ett par dagar!
2) Returnera det du önskar byta precis som vid en vanlig retur. Ditt byte behandlas som en ny order och dina returnerade plagg som en vanlig retur. 
3) Du får en ny faktura för ditt byte och vi justerar din gamla faktura med det du skickade tillbaka. Har du betalat med kort återbetalar vi dig. Enkelt va?

OBS! Öppet köp/ångerrätt på strumpbyxor/tights/underkläder gäller endast på oöppnad förpackning.

Har du handlat med kredit-/kontokort eller ditt Paypal konto och väljer att returnera hela din order återbetalar vi hela varuvärdet till ditt kort eller konto, du betalar endast eventuell fraktavgift. Tänk på att din Klarna faktura förfaller 14 dagar efter orderdatum. Logga in med mobilt bank id på Klarna.se för att hantera din faktura eller ring Klarna direkt på 08-120 120 10. Kontakta alltid Klarna med frågor rörande din faktura. Återbetalning och/eller justering av din Klarna faktura sker när din retur kommit in till oss.

Reklamation
Vi garanterar att varorna Du beställt är felfria vid leveransen. Skulle det ändå vara fel på produkten, ber vi dig kontakta oss snarast på mail eller på telefon så kommer vi överens om hur vi bäst kan rätta till problemet.

Tull, moms och avgifter
Vi anger våra priser i SEK och inklusive svensk moms. Betalning sker med kredit-/kontokort eller Paypal-konto. Du kan också välja att betala i efterskott med Klarna faktura, då tillkommer 29 kr i faktureringsavgift. Klarna faktura är endast tillgängligt för kunder i Sverige.

Outlösta paket
Om du inte hämtar ut ditt paket inom 14 dagar kommer PostNord/DHL att returnera paketet till oss. Vid outlöst paket debiterar vi dig 250 kr för fraktkostnad, returkostnad samt administrativa kostnader.

Försenad retur
Du har alltid 30 dagars ångerrätt. Det innebär att varan/varorna ska vara oss tillhanda inom 30 dagar från det att vi skickat din order. Vid försenad retur förbehåller vi oss rätten att ej återbetala returbeloppet.



Delivery
We pack and ship your orders immediately. That means you usually have your item within 2-5 business days (Sweden) or 3-8 business days (rest of the World.) If an item runs out, we will inform you by mail. We ship with PostNord or DHL, depending on the size of your order. Parcels are delivered direct to your mailbox or can be picked up at the nearest postal representative. Prices are including Swedish VAT for customers located inside the European Union and exclusive VAT for customers located outside the European Union.

Shipping fee

A shipping fee will be added to your order. Fees outside Sweden are fixed at SEK 99. We offer Free shipping on all orders outside Sweden when purchase reaches SEK 2500. FREE SHIPPING WITHIN SWEDEN!
Are you a customers outside the European union? We advice you to check with your local custom authority regarding additional custom fee before placing your order.
 

Change, open purchase & free return
We give you 30 days of open purchase and right of withdrawal on tried on, but unused, items. Return shipping is always free of charge! Simply fill in the attached return slip, pack well, put on the attached address sheet and send the item with original labels and packaging to us. Remember to get a receipt from PostNord or DHL of your return. We deposit the money on your card, your PayPal account or credit your Klarna invoice as soon as we receive your item. You only pay for any shipping cost.

Do you need another size or color? Don't worry! It's easy to change your clothes. Simply follow these steps:
1) Order your new size or new item in our webshop - butik.alicedot.com You will receive your new garments within a few days!
2) Return the garment like a regular return. Your replacement is treated as a new order and your returned item as a regular return.
3) You will pay upfront with debit/credit card or receive a new invoice on your change. We will adjust your old invoice/payment once we receive your returned items. Easy, right?

NOTE! Open purchase/change on stockings/tights/underwear/bandelettes only applies to unbroken packaging.

When purchase is made by credit/debit card or via your Paypal account and you choose to return your entire order, we will refund the entire product value to your card or account. You only pay shipping fee. Keep in mind that your Klarna invoice expires 14 days after order date. Log in with your mobile bank ID at Klarna.se to manage your invoice or call Klarna directly at +46 (0) 8-120 120 10. Always contact Klarna with your questions regarding your invoice. Refunds and/or adjustments to your Klarna invoice will be made when your return has been received at our warehouse.

Right of revocation, returns, complaints
Changing your mind and returning an item is easy, returnfreight is free of charge. We give you 30 day money back guarantee on tried but otherwise unused items. You fill in the enclosed returnform, pack well and send the item together with labels and original packaging back to us. We transfer the money back to your account as soon as we have received your item. We guarantee that the items you have ordered are flawless at the time of delivery. Should you find any defects, please contact us immediately via email or phone in order to agree on how we best can solve the problem. Returning goods is free of charge.

Easy and safe
It should be easy and completely safe to shop in our store. We follow Swedish law, the Consumer Agency's guidelines and common sense. We try our best to treat you as we ourselves and our friends like to be treated.

VAT, customs duty etc.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, VAT, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Non-collected parcels
All parcels must be collected by you as a customer. If a parcel is not collected and there by sent back to us we reserv the right to add SEK 250 to your order cost. If you would like us to send your order again there will be a second Freight added to your order. Total extra order value utside Sweden will be SEK 349.

Delayed returns
You are always able to change your mind within 30 days. If the items are returned to us no later than within 30 days from receiving your order we will make a total refund except shipping costs. Would your return arrive later than 30 days we reserv the rights to make a refund. Late returns may be refunded via gift cards or not refunded at all.
